よく「長いね?、洗うの大変でしょ」
といわれます。
はい、大変です！！！！！！
洗うのも乾かすのも大変、体力消耗します（笑）
ですが相当印象に残りやすいパーツですのでお手入れはしっかりとしなくてはですね。
私が普段使っているのは、
ロレアルのPRマネジャー安尾みゆきさん に頂いた
ご存知「ケラスターゼ」のピンクパッケージのライン。
本来はカラーリングへア用のラインですか･･･
なんといってもパッションィンク私のテーマカラーですので（笑）。
シャンプーにもトリートメント効果があるので、
シャンプーの泡を立てたら２?３分放置するとよいと、以前ヘアの方に聞きました。
これホントです。
私が特に気に入っているのは一番左端のスペシャルトリートメントです。
田中Dのアドバイス「サウナに入るときについでに使う」
とさらんさらんのするんするん。
絹糸みたいな手触りになります！！
髪にアイロンを当てるときに特に効果を発揮するのは右端の洗い流さないクリームタイプの
トリートメント。熱の効果で髪にはりと輝きが！
パサつきが気になるときには右中央のオイルタイプ。
写真にはうつってないけど、デイリー用の洗い流すトリートメントも言うまでもなく効果大。
やはり圧倒的な効果ですケラスターゼ
あとヘアケア用品でいえば、Asience の美髪スプレー。
これも髪を分かりやすくつやつやっ（笑）にしてくれるので、
気合入れる日は最後の仕上げに振りかけてます。
黒髪の方にお勧めします。ついでに手触りも猫の毛のように柔らかになるよ。
夏場はオイル系のヘア美容液がちょっと重たいしなおさらちょうどよい･･･
薬局などで簡単に手に入るのもよい。
（でもあるとことないとこがある、なぜ？）
今のボトル使い切ったから調達しなくては。
髪が多いし長いしでヘアケア剤がすぐになくなってしまうのが目下の悩み（笑）
これから梅雨だしクセ毛気味も私は髪のうねりと格闘です、
なにかいいヘアケア剤あればおしえてください！
