Back on track - Alcarras circuit, Spain Feb 22nd 2010
Weather - Cloudy with occasional rain showers, 2 degrees C
Situated 175km from Barcelona airport, this is a fairly new track opened two years ago at the town of Lleica.  Track is 3743 metres long with an average gradient of 9%, 14 corners of which 10 are left handed.  800 metres of straight. A very technical track with a lot of twist and turns, up and downs and for me pretty tricky for the first day after putting off my training for a year.  Did 6 sessions of 10 laps each.  Only two cars on the track that day which is a really good deal. つい先日

 向かって右がMr Franz Weber

彼が今回の私達の旅をオーガナイズしてくれました

もちろん私のお気に入りのT-barsも！！

Chinese New Year holiday at Alpine Palace New Balance Luxus Resort at Saalbach-Hinterglemm, Austria

Awesome snowboarding experience at this resort where this is the only place I can almost see no Asians except few friends from Hong Kong.  Very big mountains and I rode full six days morning till late afternoon.  And for the first time getting up 7am sharp everyday!  Thank you Mr Franz Weber(six time Olympic speed champion ) for organizing the trip for us.  And to Mark, my snowboard instructor for all the fun on all these black runs and my favorite T-bars!!

鉄のロープの先にＴ字型をしたものがぶらさがっていて

それに左右ひとりづつお尻をあてて仲良く二人で引っ張られるものです。

日本ではあまり見かけません

(お互いの板がぶつかったりして降りる時に険悪になる場合も・・・）

Hong Kong is a bustling and busy city where people are just rushing for everything.  Especially if you are among the highest achievers in the society, the pressure is immense.  Even though Hong Kong is a very small city, everybody is working round the clock and never really able to spend quality time with friends.  So some of our very successful high achiever friends got together and decided to do a party to group all our dear friends together, forget about work and just have fun.  80 people for an Eighties party.  How wonderful and thoughtful!  Some of our uber fashionable friends even wore their original outfits they stored away since the Eighties!  Padded shoulders, bright neon colors, leggings, headbands, think era of Michael Jackson and Madonna.  So funny yet memorable!
